The vacuum pump dedicated inverter is responsible for controlling the pump to extract the gas in the container, so that the gas content and pressure in the container can reach the specified value. At present, our control accuracy can reach 0.1mpa, which is the highest in the domestic equivalent products.

The first generation of this series of inverters has been supplied to the vacuum pump enterprise six batches, after receiving high recognition from the clients, CLV Drives is now developing the second generation of products for them. The second generation inverters in addition to retain the original core controller, but also in the periphery to join the isolation of communication, fan control, local and remote control, operation and fault signal output and other functions, which is a more comprehensive improvement of the whole vacuum pump controller.
