Blast Furnace Steel Temperature Measuring Gun

The dedicated inverter for blast furnace steel temperature measuring gun is developed by CLV Drives for blast furnace temperature measuring equipment. The temperature measuring equipment is responsible for collecting the temperature of molten steel in the blast furnace, and then send the data back to the display screen and computer terminal, or stored in the internal memory card waiting for copy of USB. The product can realize the acquisition temperature of -50℃~1800℃, temperature accuracy ±1℃, the whole set of equipment including temperature gun body, display screen, collector and upper computer system, are developed by CLV Drives.

The first generation of this products have been approved by the customer and purchased in bulk. Not long ago, the customer signed a contract with CLV Drives to develop temperature measuring equipment for other thermocouples and different temperature ranges. We have also completed the delivery of two batches of prototypes and believe that we can form a complete series of products in this project in the future.
